Changed your mind?

The majority of our products are made to order and are "nicely personalised" to include your names and dates etc. Once personalised these items are hopefully of great personal value to you or the person you bought the gift / present for, but as you can imagine they are of almost zero value to anybody else. Most other personalised product providers will not accept returns of personalised items. However, Nicely Personalised is different - we want all of our customers to totally delighted with our products and 100% satisfied. Therefore, if you return the unwanted item to us by a tracked delivery service (and email us at the tracking number and stating your reason for the return) within 90 days of the date you receive it we will refund you the original purchase price (excluding any shipping charges) within 2 working days of our safe receipt of the item. Please note we will initiate this refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) however it may take a few days to reach your account, depending on your payment issuer's policies.

Damaged item?

We carefully package each item to ensure it reaches you in the same condition it leaves us. In the unlikely event it arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the damaged item and the packaging to and we will send an identical replacement to you as quickly as we can!
Alternatively, you can simply return the damaged item to us and once we have received it we will send an identical replacement to you as quickly as we can.

Got it wrong?

Once we have made your personalised product rectification of any error that you have made will be at your expense - we are sympathetic and in these circumstances will offer you a 30% discount on the identical error corrected replacement. Obviously if the error is ours we will apologise profusely and offer to either a) immediately send you a replacement free of charge or b) give you a full refund of your purchase price (including shipping).

Something else?

We take great pride in our excellent feedback and reviews. If there is anything else that you are unhappy about, we ask that you please give us a chance to rectify things to your satisfaction (win-win) before leaving us a negative review (lose-lose).
