The box is made from high-quality oak veneered MDF. The oak is carefully oiled to enhance and protect the woodgrain before being precision laser engraved and cut. The personalised laser engraving produces lettering and images with a darkened background which contrasts nicely against the oak. The hinged box lid is held closed with a dark brown elastic cord. Please note that wood, being a natural product will have variations in colour, grain and knots - no two boxes will be the same.
